Shifting Tides was founded by three, multi-cultural, ambitious millennials with a passion for telling stories that resonate in a globalised world.

ANTONIO CELOTTO

Antonio Celotto is an award-winning filmmaker and musician, whose strong cinematic aesthetic, as well as his passion for storytelling, can be seen across his commercial, fictional and documentary work. His style combines knowledge of the classic European film grammar, which he learned from his years in Paris, aesthetics from his years of working in the Italian fashion industry, and skills for capturing the essence of characters and stories honed throughout his career as a video-journalist in London, New York, and Tokyo.

JULIE BOLITHO

Julie Bolitho is a British-American, award-winning writer and researcher. Her work has been recognised by the prestigious Best American Essays and Best New British & Irish Poets anthologies, as well as has earned her a Pushcart Prize nomination. Her work can be found across multiple platforms internationally. As a Truman Scholar with degrees in Creative Writing, Literature & Medicine, she is an asset to the Shifting Tides team.

TOM HASHIMOTO

Tom Hashimoto is a seasoned financial geographer with strong inter-generational and global experience. Well-versed in economics, finance, and law, Tom leads Shifting Tide's investor relations team and directs the company's EU branch. He also conducts socio-political and economic assessments of our production locations. Creatively, he contributes to our financial, economic, and political contents with an international touch.
Speaks English, Russian, Polish and of course, Japanese. Associate professor in Financial Economics at ISM. DPhil (Oxon). British Mensa. Lions Club.
